Nelson Design was founded in 1992 by Claire Nelson. Since then the practice has gone from strength to strength, with numerous recognitions and awards, and many repeat and referral clients.

Featured in the 2001 book 'Interior Elite - Who's Who in Design', Nelson Design were also named one of the the Top 10 Hospitality Designers by 'Restaurant' magazine in February, 2008.

Nelson Design offer a comprehensive architectural Interior Design service for both commercial and residential projects. The enthusiastic and dedicated team of designers work closely with clients, combining clever uses of form, lighting, colour and finishes. The results are a unique reflection of the client, achieving a bespoke, elegant, and exquisitely finished space, individual to each project.

Our services range from consultations for colour and schemes to full-service turn-key project delivery. We can work from planning applications and liaison with Building Control through project management to dressing and accessorising a finished space. As well, we can provide a comprehensive curtain and blind service with our vast library of fabrics and materials, or bespoke joinery and furniture.

In addition to working with private clients and property developers, the practice has a portfolio of high-profile London restaurants and bars, including The Ledbury, Chez Bruce, The Square, La Trompette, The Glasshouse and many of the Corney & Barrow wine and champagne bars.
