This was a medium scale refurbishment for a private client. Rooms were re-scaled by increasing ceiling heights and removing walls to create a more open-plan feel. Under-floor heating replaced conventional radiators, and services were re-routed to relocate WCs and bathrooms. The Kitchen was redesigned, incorporating a massive stone island and a glazed rear façade, as well as bespoke items of furniture.
